Call to Order

Business:

Feb 12th Forum
- Over sixty-six people attended the forum
  - Seemed very well received
  - Solid Q & A
  - Surveys were overwhelmingly positive
- Good publicity for the committee and the topic

- CFP Prep Committee – Town-Wide Emergency Response Volunteer Recruitment Effort in March.

- CFP Preparedness Committee Operational Guide
  - Might be helpful if we had a manual of what we do and how
  - Tabled until next month
- Video on Neighborhood Preparedness – How they do it in San Francisco.
  - Plan to show 10-15 minute video and discuss at next meeting

3/9 Aquidneck Island Climate Caucus 6-8 PM Portsmouth Public Library
- It would be good to have a few members in attendance
Prepareathon
- Continue with Code red sign-up. Family Communication Plan, and Special Needs Sign-Ups
Beach Clean-Up – Jojo Bixby
- 50^th Anniversary of Earth Day is April 22^nd
- Beach Clean up will be April 25^th
